Qualifications

• Proven experience in wiring electrical components and systems.
• Ability to interpret wiring schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Wire various control panel products.
• Install electrical components.
• Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Cut, strip, crimp and wire various AWG gages accurately.
• Maintain effective working relationships with shop employees.
• Provide a positive and professional image in all communications.
• Recommend improvements to manufacturing processes.
• Assist in other areas of manufacturing as needed.

Skills

Technical knowledge and ability to read various engineering documents

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to work in a team environment

Education

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
