Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to design and implement utility grade electrical power systems for switchgear projects. You will develop comprehensive electrical packages, including one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs, and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure successful production.
The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years in medium voltage switchgear design, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Competenze
- Three+ years of experience in medium voltage switchgear design.
- BS in Electrical Engineering required.
- Knowledge of control circuits, transfer schemes and load calculations.
- Experience turning specs and drawings into a complete package.
Mansioni
- Design and develop electrical packages for switchgear projects (one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs).
- Review project technical aspects and release BOMs for purchasing.
- Translate designs into production engineering systems and support manufacturing.
- Assist with modeling, design for manufacturing and standard configurations.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineering, management, and customers.
