Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to assist customers in person and over the phone, enter orders, review and pull orders, and ensure customers’ needs are met promptly and professionally.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, upselling, and collaboration with inside sales and warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Wholesale electrical distribution product knowledge and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner.
• Sell products and services, offer add-on and upsell opportunities, and suggest alternatives when a requested product is unavailable.
• Develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory and sales techniques; stay updated on market trends and new products.
• Back up and support inside sales and warehouse personnel as necessary.
