Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of electrical/instrumentation experience in mining or heavy industrial environments.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, automation, and control system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities ensuring compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulations.
• Mentor E&I technicians with daily assignments and performance management.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of PLCs and process control systems.
