Adams Electric Company is seeking a Mission Critical - Electrical Foreman to directly supervise electricians, apprentices, helpers and temporary workers in the mission critical field in Charlotte, NC. This role requires strong leadership, strict safety adherence, and hands-on oversight of daily field activities.

The candidate will read blueprints, coordinate with management and partners, and ensure project schedules and quality controls are met, while maintaining safety and OSHA-related

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Licensure as an electrician or 4–10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Must be physically able to repetitively lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must comply with drug and alcohol testing and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in the Mission Critical field.
• Implement quality control measures on projects.
• Inspect work progress, equipment and sites for safety and specs compliance.
• Prepare Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis and safety reports.
• Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine requirements.
• Supervise electricians, apprentices, helpers and temp workers.
• Coordinate with management, trade partners and contractors to resolve issues.
