Dematic is seeking a talented Electrical Supervisor. Be a part of a growing team at Dematic! In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on different customer projects and locations. The employee may be based anywhere in the continental USA, but must be willing to travel 100% to customer locations.

Tasks and Qualifications:

1. Responsible for installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
2. Responsible for quality checklists and submittal of Corrective Actions when discrepancies are identified.
3. Responsible for on-site safety, including but not limited to safety audits.
4. Assists with routine equipment trial runs to ensure that it meets specifications and that equipment is installed to Dematic standards.
5. Provides on-site reporting on schedule and resources to the project manager and/or customer.
6. Provides assistance with training of contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.
7. Writes concise, clear, and complete trip reports within the timeframe required by Dematic procedures.
8. Identifies problems as they occur and suggests appropriate steps to solve them, especially in situations that are not difficult or complex.
9. Willingness to travel on short notice and spend up to 100% of the time traveling; must be on call and ready to travel accordingly.
10. Capable of pushing, pulling, crawling, squatting, and walking around large construction sites in various climates and conditions.
11. Lifts at least 50 lbs.
