What You'll Be Doing
Oversee electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems.
Lead and train a team of electricians and technicians to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and standards.
What Are We Looking For
Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in a heavy industrial setting
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in electrical systems and maintenance practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
