What we offer:

Dematic is seeking a talented Electrical Supervisor. Be a part of a growing team at Dematic! In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on various customer projects and locations. The employee may be based anywhere in the continental USA but must be willing to travel 100% to customer sites.

Tasks and Qualifications:

1. Responsible for installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
2. Responsible for quality checklists and submission of Corrective Actions when discrepancies are identified.
3. Responsible for on-site safety, including safety audits.
4. Assist with routine equipment trial runs to ensure they meet specifications and that equipment is installed to Dematic standards.
5. Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to the project manager and/or customer.
6. Assist with training of contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.
7. Write concise, clear trip reports within the timeframe required by Dematic procedures.
8. Identify problems as they occur and suggest appropriate solutions, especially in situations where problems are not complex.
9. Willingness to travel on short notice, up to 100% of the time, and be on call as needed.
10. Ability to push, pull, crawl, squat, and walk around large construction sites in various climates and conditions.
11. Lift at least 50 lbs.
