Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to supervise field electrical construction for utility-scale solar projects across multiple sites. You will manage crews, coordinate with Owners, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time turnover.

Responsibilities include CPM scheduling, reviewing contracts and drawings, mentoring field personnel, and leading pre-job and progress meetings. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
• Extensive electrical construction experience in utility-scale solar.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC and IEEE standards.
• Experience with job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical field crews and ensure safe, timely project completion.
• Enforce safety procedures and lead safety training.
• Manage CPM schedules and coordinate with owners, engineers and subcontractors.
• Review contracts, drawings, specs, and submittals from preconstruction through turnover.
• Recruit, train, mentor field personnel.
• Coordinate field construction activities for utility-scale solar projects.
• Order and track materials with procurement to prevent delays.
• Prepare project documentation, daily reports, time sheets.
• Lead pre-job, progress, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Travel to various sites as required; liaison with Owners and subcontractors.
