Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Prior experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Electrician.
• Strong experience with commercial or utility-scale solar projects.
• Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• NABCEP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site electrical construction activities for C&I solar projects.
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and electricians.
• Coordinate daily with project managers and engineers.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with NEC and local codes.
• Oversee installation of PV systems, switchgear, transformers, and inverters.
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety standards.
