Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial solar projects in Virginia, Minnesota. This role involves supervising electricians, coordinating work activities, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in solar construction, and must possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical construction, with supervisory or lead experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
• Solar construction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and installation crews on active solar construction sites.
• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.

Skills

Electrical construction experience

Leadership skills

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Ability to read construction drawings

OSHA safety protocols

Education

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

NABCEP certification
