Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium size construction projects.
• Perform daily inspections for Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Coordinate between contractors and suppliers; develop and manage job schedules.
• Establish budgetary guidelines and ensure cost controls.
• Provide job safety training and ensure adherence to quality standards.
