JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) focuses on cutting-edge projects in Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing sectors, working on large-scale projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture, ensuring an injury-free environment, investigating incidents, and retraining staff as needed.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers, and programs related to Safety, Quality, and EEO.
• Develop work plans, coordinate project site activities, and lead meetings.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Support project closeouts and participate in project pursuits and negotiations.
• Recruit top talent and promote diversity and inclusion.

Additional Responsibilities - Superintendent 2

• Manage complex stand-alone projects from start to finish.
• Identify and manage project risks, deliverables, and project team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience; 3+ years in field supervision.
• Experience with Lean principles is a plus.

Working Environment & Benefits

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; travel may be required.
