Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation in the United States is seeking a Superintendent (Electrical) to schedule and supervise all electrical work, coordinate field crews, and plan resources to control labor, equipment, and material costs.

Candidates should have hands-on medium voltage experience, substation knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills; willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on medium voltage duct bank and cable installation experience.
• Familiar with medium voltage phasing and 600-volt systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field personnel, schedules, safety, and construction operations on multiple projects.
• Supervise duct bank and electrical work; provide hands-on training.
• Lead and coordinate with foremen, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage resources to maximize efficiency and stay within budget.
