Strong knowledge of electrical systems and excellent organizational skills are required. This role involves managing a large team and projects valued from $10M to $200M.

Qualifications

Traveling Texas Electrical Superintendent

Position Summary

The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all field electrical construction activities on large commercial, data center, healthcare, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects. This position ensures work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. The Electrical Superintendent serves as the primary field leader for electrical crews and subcontractors and works closely with project management, general contractors, owners, engineers, and inspectors.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent electrical trade education preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience managing large scale Electrical projects valued at $20M+

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of:
