The role emphasizes on-site project management, cost control, and schedule integration across trades, with a history of managing large electrical projects and developing successors for advancement. On-site responsibilities include coordinating with electricians, meeting production goals, and utilizing Faith estimating tools to optimize margins.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Willingness to travel 60-75%.
• Schedule includes 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday; may include nights, weekends, holidays based on customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
• History of managing large projects (15+ electricians or multiple small‑medium projects) and meet/beating estimated costs.
• Meet/exceed Faith's productivity goals.
• Familiar with Faith's estimating software and internal resources (Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Estimating).
• Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades.
• Communicate concerns/opportunities to PM to protect margins.
• Conduct difficult conversations to reach positive outcomes.
• Develop a successor to move to Foreman.
