Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on job sites with strong safety focus.
• Maintain licensing and training requirements.
• Manage large projects (15+ electricians or multiple small–medium projects).
• Monitor and control job costs to meet or beat estimates.
• Utilize Faith internal resources (Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Estimating).
• Communicate concerns/opportunities to PM to protect margins.
• Develop successors to move into Foreman roles.
• Perform other related duties as required.
