Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Excellerate Superintendent to lead electrical teams across projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in Indiana. You will work within a self-directed environment, manage budgets, and communicate with leadership to protect margins.

The role requires an apprenticeship or 8,000 hours of related experience, 10–25% travel, and a schedule from 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday with possible overtime to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Education is a high school diploma or GED plus an apprenticeship or 8,000 hours of related work experience.
• Experience leading electrical teams on large projects with budget awareness.
• Knowledge of safety programs and NEC basics is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.
• Manage projects with direct reports and/or multiple small to large projects.
• Coordinate with PM/Account Manager to maintain margins.
• Utilize FTI resources including field, Precon, APC, Productivity and Estimating.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce safety initiatives.
• Participate in recruiting and mentoring programs as appropriate.
