Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise scope of work and manage crew (1–10+).
• Establish expectations and motivate crews to meet goals.
• Complete projects on time, within budget, and safely.
• Complete foreman paperwork (logs, evaluations, PO logs, time cards).
• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing).
• Read and understand estimates with PM/superintendent support.
