The role requires supervising electricians, coordinating with trades, and ensuring safety and quality per project documents. OSHA 30 is preferred; licensure as an electrician and 4–10 years’ related experience are valued, with BIM input and client coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Electrical licensure preferred or 4–10 years related experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience as Electrical Construction Superintendent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical work to meet deadlines and project schedule.
• Lead by example and implement quality control measures.
• Train workers in construction methods and safety procedures.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with management to resolve problems.
• Prepare safety analyses and reports (SA/HA).
• Review blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction requirements.
