Zusammenfassung

Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Superintendent - Electrical based out of the Raleigh, NC location.

Supervises activities of General Foreman and oversees site activities in overall electrical work, which may include layout, installation, and repair of wiring, wire ways, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment. Qualifikationen

Electrical journeyman level with 5+ years of experience.
3+ years of supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

Be Safety Leader on site.
Plan the work for optimal safety and efficiency. Then work and track the plan.
Manage activities of Foreman and assigned craft workers.
Support Project Manager with company SOP’s. For example, support PM as required to comply with scheduling, productivity tracking, and change management requirements.
Interpret electrical specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
Inspects completed systems to determine conformance to specifications.
Attend project planning / scheduling meetings.
Maintain time records.
Inspect quality of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
Detect, recognize and respond to dangerous conditions or situations.
Regular attendance is required.
Significant travel may be required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
