Qualifications

• Electrical journey-level certification/experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years in electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Be Safety Leader on site.
• Perform safety inspections of work area, equipment, and employees.
• Plan the work for safety and efficiency and track the plan.
• Manage Foreman and craft workers.
• Support PM with scheduling, productivity tracking, and change management.
• Inspect finished systems for conformance to specifications.
• Interpret electrical specs, blueprints, and job orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend planning/scheduling meetings.
• Maintain time records.
• Inspect quality of work and detect hazardous conditions.
