Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for projects across the Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro markets in North Carolina. This role provides field leadership, oversees crews, and ensures safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality electrical construction.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience and a proven track record as a superintendent or senior foreman.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Lead daily field operations on commercial electrical projects.

Charlotte, Raleigh & Greensboro, NC | $100,000–$110,000

Our client is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout North Carolina. This role provides field leadership, oversees crews, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
