Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead daily field operations on commercial electrical projects in the Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro markets. You will supervise foremen, electricians, apprentices and subcontractors, coordinating manpower, materials, and schedules while ensuring OSHA and NEC compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on commercial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on commercial electrical projects.
• Supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and NEC standards.
• Review drawings and specifications to maintain quality and productivity.
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain project schedules.
• Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout North Carolina.
