Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a General Foreman with 4 years of completed electrical apprenticeship program.
• Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of man hour reports, job cost reports and estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises field crew and subcontractors, determines methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedule.
• Coordinates work with other crafts and company departments to support schedule.
• Liaises with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure drawings, specs, and schedule compliance.
• Maintains materials, equipment, inspections to support craft activities and project schedule.
• Monitors safety program compliance and implements corrective actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
