Job summary

Foundry is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a full-time nationwide travel role on data center and mission-critical projects across the United States. The role focuses on delivering large-scale electrical installations with safety, quality, and schedule in mind.

You will lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with project leadership to ensure successful commissioning and project closeout.

Qualifications

We are working with a leading electrical contractor looking to add experienced Electrical Superintendents to its growing Mission Critical team.

This is a full-time traveling position working on major data center and mission-critical projects across the US.

With a significant pipeline of projects nationwide, this is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Superintendent looking for long-term stability, major projects and a highly competitive compensation package.

The Role

As Electrical Superintendent, you will take responsibility for the successful field delivery of large-scale electrical projects, working closely with Project Managers, General Superintendents and project leadership.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading electrical field operations on large-scale projects
• Managing and coordinating electrical crews and subcontractors
• Manpower planning and productivity
• Short-term scheduling and look-ahead planning
• Coordinating installations with other trades
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Overseeing installation of major electrical systems and equipment
• Managing safety, quality and schedule in the field
• Identifying and resolving constructability and coordination issues

What We're Looking For

We are interested in speaking with experienced electrical field leaders who have worked for an electrical contractor.

Previous experience on data centers or mission-critical projects is highly desirable, although Superintendents from other large-scale commercial, industrial, semiconductor or advanced-manufacturing projects will also be considered.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Base salary up to $200,000 depending on experience
