Job summary

Project Talent Partners is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a major hyperscale data center project in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This long-term mission-critical role will lead Foremen and field teams, drive planning, and coordinate with PMs and GC partners to ensure safe, productive electrical execution.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of electrical construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple crews on large projects.

Qualifications

• Ideally 8-10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a senior field leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple Foremen and large-scale electrical operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction sequencing, logistics, and production planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installation across multiple active work fronts.
• Lead and coordinate Foremen and field crews.
• Drive daily, weekly, and phase-level planning.
• Manage manpower, sequencing, logistics, and field productivity.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, General Contractors, and site leadership.
• Identify constraints and proactively remove barriers to production.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Ensure work progresses in line with project schedules and priorities.

Electrical Superintendent – Data Center Construction

Project Talent Partners is working with an established electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join a major hyperscale data center project in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is a long-term mission-critical opportunity on a large-scale data center campus, with sustained workload and a strong pipeline of future projects across the region.

We're looking for a Superintendent who can take ownership of major work areas, lead multiple Foremen and field teams, and drive safe, productive, and high-quality electrical execution.
