LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. You will drive productivity, coordinate with PMs, clients, and vendors, and ensure NEC compliance from kickoff to completion.

The candidate will manage manpower, schedules, and material planning while mentoring field teams and maintaining a strong safety culture. Travel across DFW required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Electrical Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Foreman.
• Proven experience overseeing large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Ability to coordinate multiple crews and maintain project performance in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the DFW and North Texas market as project needs require.
