NES Fircroft is seeking an Electrical Field Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities for large-scale, mission-critical data center projects in Killeen, TX. You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate manpower and schedule, and uphold a rigorous safety standard in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience supervising electrical teams on complex projects, with a focus on quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of electrical supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods and field procedures.
• Experience supervising electrical subcontractors and craft personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Data center or other mission-critical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical construction activities, supervising subcontractors and craft personnel.
• Drive safety-first culture and ensure safety plans are executed on site.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment to maintain project schedule.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, and design conflicts; coordinate resolutions.
• Manage quality control and verify installations meet project requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate priorities and sequencing.
• Support LEAN planning, risk management, and daily field planning.
• Monitor production, costs, timekeeping, quantities, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with project leadership to identify and mitigate schedule, quality, and construction risks.
• Oversee field teams and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed to maintain schedule and productivity.

Electrical Field Superintendent – Data Center Construction

A leading 100% employee-owned general contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Superintendent to support the construction of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects in Killeen, TX.

This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for coordinating electrical construction activities, subcontractors, manpower, scheduling, safety, quality, and production. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical construction experience and the ability to lead field teams in a fast-paced data center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical construction activities, including subcontractor and craft supervision.


• Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure project safety plans are consistently executed.


• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain project schedule.


• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, and design conflicts and coordinate resolutions.


• Manage quality control and verify installations meet project requirements and specifications.


• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for assigned areas of responsibility.


• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate priorities, sequencing, and expectations.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in electrical construction or a similar construction discipline.


• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, equipment, tools, and field procedures.


• Experience supervising electrical subcontractors, foremen, and/or craft personnel.


• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and cost control.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.


• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Data center, mission-critical, or other complex commercial/industrial construction experience strongly Required.


• Salary + 20% uplift
