CCS Construction Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join its construction leadership team. You will lead field operations, mentor electricians, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth/North Texas markets, this role offers competitive pay, weekly pay, and strong career development with an in-house training facility and on-site fitness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Electrical Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Strong background delivering commercial/industrial electrical construction projects.
• Willingness to work on project sites across the Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from project startup through completion.
• Direct and coordinate electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes and company standards.
• Develop and manage manpower plans and material forecasts.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as project demands change.
• Track progress, labor hours, safety documentation, incidents, and change orders.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop field personnel while fostering a positive team culture.
