Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead ground-up data center and large commercial builds in Charlotte, NC. You’ll direct on-site delivery from mobilization to commissioning, coordinating with trade partners and the field team to meet aggressive timelines.

You’ll mentor junior supers, enforce safety and quality, run daily meetings, and own the project schedule. The role requires 7+ years of supervision on large projects, deep MEP knowledge, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field supervision on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP system integration, trade sequencing, and commissioning workflows.
• Proven ability to manage fast-track, multi-phase schedules on projects >$100M.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar).
• Willing to travel full-time for project-based assignments (per diem + housing provided).

A nationally recognized general contractor is hiring an Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up data center and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven field leader who thrives in high-performance environments where safety, schedule, and coordination are everything.

As the lead electrical superintendent, you’ll oversee every phase of on-site delivery—from mobilization through commissioning—on fast-paced, technically demanding builds. You’ll coordinate with trade partners, manage daily execution, and drive the field team to deliver operationally ready facilities under aggressive timelines.
