Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience on commercial, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead large electrical crews.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical field operations on large-scale projects.
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are met.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and overall field performance.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact the project.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of field leadership.

I’m working with one of the fastest-growing electrical contractors in the country, and they’re looking to add an experienced Electrical Superintendent to their team in Texas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience leading large-scale commercial, mission-critical, industrial, or other complex electrical projects and is looking to take the next step with a contractor that has a serious pipeline of work.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of field operations, working closely with Project Management and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage electrical field operations on large-scale projects
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, and subcontractors
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules
