Job summary

Jayco Talent seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent (Traveling Role) to lead field operations on large ground‑up commercial projects nationwide. You will direct manpower, coordinate with GCs/owners/architects, and uphold safety, quality, and schedule.

You’ll mentor foremen and rising leaders to build a strong field pipeline and ensure installations meet plans and NEC standards. The role requires 7+ years in electrical field leadership with Superintendent responsibilities, and a leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical field leadership, including Superintendent‑level responsibility.
• Proven success running ground‑up commercial projects with large crews.
• Strong leadership presence that motivates teams and earns respect instantly.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, installation methods, and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field operations on large ground‑up commercial projects nationwide.
• Direct manpower, workflow, subcontractors, and daily execution with senior‑level authority.
• Maintain top‑tier safety, quality, and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Run site meetings, resolve field challenges, and keep communication sharp.
• Ensure installations meet plans, specs, NEC, and your high standards.
• Mentor foremen and rising leaders to strengthen the field pipeline.
