Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead our electrical on-site teams across multiple projects. You will oversee safety programs, manage budgets, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery, while developing new revenue opportunities through upselling and accurate estimating.

The role requires completing an apprenticeship or equivalent experience (≈8,000 hours), with 60-75% travel and a schedule from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday–Friday, plus potential nights/weekends based on demand.

May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAll previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.Maintains current licensing and training requirements.History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously)effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling,estimating, pricing, and negotiation.Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith's estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
