• 2-4+ years of prior supervisory experience.
• Experience utilizing prefabrication.

• Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M.
• Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees.
• Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Brief Description

The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for organization and field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M
• Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
• Independently start and manage projects
• Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
• Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Job Qualifications

In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will

• 8+ years’ experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams
• 2-4+ years of prior supervisory experience
• Experience utilizing prefabrication
• Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
• Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
• Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
• Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
