Ashley Services are delighted to be working with a well established company based in Los Angeles. They are an Electrical contracting company dedicated to providing luxury residential homeowners with revolutionary technologically advanced electrical systems.

Job Purpose:

The basic function of the Project Superintendent is to manage technical operations of the company’s assigned projects with optimum: efficiency, safety, adherence to schedules, the handling of materials and supplies.

Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to) :

• The use of analytical and observational skills which demonstrate an ability to supervise others, follow company policy, interact with customers, handle construction equipment in difficult situations.
• Communicate daily with Project Engineers for Project Administrative needs, schedule issues, material issues and any other issues that will impact project lifecycle.
• Advanced electrical knowledge in complex electrical systems.
• Have a mentorship mindset and train new employees.
• All workers on jobs assigned to the Project Superintendent

Qualifications:

Education:

Required: High school or equivalent

Preferred: Some trade school or business college courses

License or Certificate:

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid Class A driver license within six months of employment.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain within six months, Electrical Hazard Awareness Procedures and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications.

Environment: Construction site; travel from site to site; work with and around heavy construction equipment and pesticides; work at heights on aerial equipment (including ropes/saddles) and ladders; work on slippery and uneven surfaces; work around traffic; exposure to noise, dust, heat and inclement weather conditions.
