Job summary

You will manage field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with project managers and engineers, enforce codes, and lead multiple trades across complex installations, with travel or relocation as needed for major projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading electrical field teams.
• Experience with data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to lead large crews and coordinate multiple areas.
• Excellent communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.

This individual will be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating electrical crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily electrical construction activities on large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Manage electrical foremen, field crews, subcontractors, manpower, and project schedules.
• Coordinate electrical installations, including power distribution, switchgear, transformers, conduit, and associated infrastructure.
• Work closely with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and other trades to maintain project milestones.
• Enforce site safety requirements, quality standards, and electrical code compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical field leadership experience, preferably as a Superintendent or General Foreman.

• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, drawings, and installation practices.
• Proven ability to lead large electrical crews and coordinate multiple work areas.
• Strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
