Qualifications

• 8+ years of supervisory experience in construction with strong electrical expertise.
• Experience with projects over $15M in Commercial or Industrial sectors.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site execution, including resource planning and equipment logistics.
• Lead and mentor craft teams and Assistant Superintendents.
• Interface with departments like Engineering and Procurement.

We’relookingforexperiencedElectricalSuperintendentswhothriveoncomplexprojects,leadwithpurpose,andbringboots-on-the-groundenergytoeveryphaseofconstruction.Thisroleinvolvesscheduling,coordinating,andsupervisingcraftteams—especiallyinelectricalscopes—whileoccasionallyoverseeingmultipletradegroupsincludingplumbing,sheetmetal,andmore.

Location:

RemoteU.S.based,withastrongwillingnesstotravellong-termtovariousprojectsites.Travelestimatedat70%ormore.

KeyResponsibilitiesInclude:

• Overseeingday-to-daysiteexecutionincludingresourceplanning,materialcoordination,equipmentlogistics,andpowersetup.
• LeadingandmentoringcraftteamsandAssistantSuperintendents(onlargerprojects).
• InterfacingwithdepartmentslikeEngineering,Procurement,andQualityControltokeepschedulestightanddeliverablessharp.
• Coordinatingbetweenmultipletradesandcontractorsforseamlessexecution.
• Supportinglaborrelations,resolvingjurisdictionalissues,andensuringsafetycompliance.
• Navigatingconstructionchallengeswithstrongproblem-solvingskillsandleadershippresence.

Requirements:

• 8+yearsofsupervisoryexperienceinconstructionwithstrongelectricalexpertise.
• BackgroundinDataCenterconstructionisamajorplus.
• Experiencewithprojectscopesof$15M+inCommercialorIndustrialsectors.
• ValidU.S.driver’slicenseandpassport.
• Advancedskillsinscheduling,costcontrol,andleadinglargecraftteams.

Preferred:

• Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalskills.
