Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is seeking experienced Superintendents to lead major construction projects across the Western U.S., including Nevada and Utah. The role focuses on field leadership, safety, schedule delivery, and coordination with PMs and senior leadership on data center, mission-critical, and large commercial developments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in superintendent roles, strong MEP coordination, and a proven track record on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong mission-critical / data center experience preferred.
• Experience leading projects with significant MEP coordination.
• Experience managing large field teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling.
• Experience working on complex, fast-track projects.
• Strong safety and quality-control background.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover on major projects preferred.
• Ability to work on projects in Nevada and/or Utah.

I am currently representing a leading national electrical contractor experiencing significant growth across the Western U.S. The organization has a strong and expanding backlog of major mission-critical, data center, commercial, and industrial projects, with opportunities across Nevada, Utah, California, Virginia and Texas

The contractor has established a strong reputation for delivering some of the largest and most complex construction projects in the industry, with project values reaching into the hundreds of millions and, in some cases, approaching the billion-dollar range.

Due to continued growth and a significant pipeline of work, they are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead major projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day field operations on major construction projects
• Managing large field teams, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors
• Coordinating manpower, sequencing, logistics, and site operations
• Driving project schedules and maintaining critical milestones
• Managing subcontractor performance and field productivity
• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
• Enforcing site safety policies and procedures
• Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership

This role is suited to a hands-on, field-driven Superintendent who has experience leading major projects and is comfortable operating in a high-pressure, schedule-driven environment.
