Job summary

Professional Employment Group seeks a Senior General Electrical Superintendent to lead major electrical construction projects in Colorado. This is a high‑level field leadership role overseeing supervisors and field crews on multi‑million‑dollar initiatives.

You will drive safety, quality, scheduling, and on‑site execution, coordinating with project management, clients, and subcontractors while delivering on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in electrical contracting.
• Proven success leading large electrical projects and field teams.
• Experience supervising multiple supervisors and crews.
• Experience with data center or large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction means, methods, scheduling, and field operations.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior field leadership for large electrical construction projects.
• Lead multiple supervisors, foremen, and field crews.
• Oversee 50–70 field employees across one or more sites.
• Manage projects ranging from $10M to $25M and 30,000–100,000 man-hours.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, scheduling, and field execution.
• Coordinate with project management, clients, subcontractors, and field leadership.
• Identify field challenges early to keep projects on schedule and budget.

A growing national industrial and electrical contractor is seeking a high-level General Electrical Superintendent to lead major electrical construction projects and Superintendent Teams in Colorado.

This is a senior field leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to lead leaders, build strong crews, and successfully execute large, complex electrical projects. The company has significant new projects underway and is prepared to pay up to $200K for the right proven leader.

Required Experience

• Strong leadership experience with a high-level electrical contractor

• Strong knowledge of electrical construction means, methods, scheduling, and field operations
• Experience with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office
