Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on a major data center project in Sandersville, Georgia. The role requires hands-on leadership of large field crews, foremen, and complex underground/medium-voltage installations.

You will drive manpower planning, material coordination, and schedules, collaborating with project managers, GCs, engineers, and other trades, while upholding NEC standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years in an Electrical Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple foremen and large electrical construction workforces.
• Strong knowledge of underground electrical infrastructure, duct banks, and medium-voltage systems.
• Experience on major industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical construction safety.
• Ability to work onsite in Sandersville, Georgia, for a long-term project.

• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and other trades.
• Ensure electrical installations meet applicable quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Monitor field productivity, coordinate inspections, and resolve construction challenges.
• Maintain accountability for workforce performance, safety, and construction milestones.
