Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering.
• PE license is preferred for the position.
• Strong experience in both P&C and physical substation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of engineers and designers.
• Conduct hands-on design for HV substations up to 500kV.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and designers in the team.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for project success.
• Serve as the main contact for technical discussions with clients.
• Participate in the QC process of HV substation design.
