Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Lexington, NC is seeking a Sub Assembly Group Lead (1st Shift) for the Rolling Stock manufacturing facility. You will coordinate daily tasks, assign work, and monitor progress to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires prior team leadership, Siemens Mobility sub-assembly experience, and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems to access drawings and BOMs. Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–4:00pm. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading a team.
• Prior Siemens Mobility sub-assembly experience.
• Experience prototyping new assemblies.
• You’ve used SAP or ERP similar software to look up drawings & BOM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and work assignments for team members.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and provide support to ensure efficient operations.
• Define production steps, sequences, and durations; set up scope per station.
• Maintain safety and escalate issues to management.
