Job summary

Viking Electric in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an Account Representative to be a business partner for assigned accounts, growing volume and profitability by promoting Viking Electric's products and services.

The role features daytime hours, full-time status, and an hourly pay range of $25.85–$32.00, with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Base pay varies by experience and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new technology.
• Attention to detail with developed organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn about our products through on-the-job training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and proactively follow up on quotes and sales opportunities to secure orders, negotiate job pricing with vendors to close opportunities, and source products.
• Proactively solicit new business from assigned accounts, maintain knowledge of Viking Electric's services and product offerings.
• Serve as a business partner with the Field Account Manager and/or Key Account Managers to develop growth strategies for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
