Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an Electrical Subject Matter Expert to provide advanced engineering and project management leadership across gas, NGL, refined products, and crude oil assets, with a focus on electrical design, reliability, and safety.

The role will review and perform analyses such as motor starting, protection coordination, arc flash labeling, and grounding design, guiding switchgear and MCC applications while collaborating with operations and construction teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Ten or more years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management.
• Experience with pipelines and hydrocarbon facilities design, construction, operation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct, perform and approve engineering and project management activities for design, procurement, construction, or optimization of company assets.
• Oversee pipeline and measurement system analyses to improve capacity and reduce operating costs.
• Review and approve complex drawings and material specifications.
• Lead estimation, costing, and change management processes.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with operations, construction and leadership teams.
• Prepare progress reports and schedules; manage contracts and supplier proposals.
