Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. seeks an Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (SHEQ) Advisor to partner with field operations to promote and influence the EHSQ program as implemented in the field.

You will standardize safety practices, conduct incident reviews, and provide root-case analyses to leadership. With 5+ years in electric utility, construction, or safety roles, you will deliver training using adult-learning methods and coach teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electric utility, construction or safety roles.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/AED First Aid certification required.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and apply SHEQ programs across field operations.
• Conduct incident reviews and provide reports with root causes.
• Serve as SME on SHEQ tasks and lead site-specific training.
• Oversee SHEQ reporting and support operations to meet customer needs.
