Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years hands‑on field service and/or proposal experience in electrical services.
• Minimum 3 years in application engineering, proposal development, technical marketing, engineering, sales, or operations.
• Driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Eaton locations listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical solutions, proposals, and bid packages for complex electrical service opportunities.
• Serve as trusted technical adviser to sales teams and customers.
• Analyze project specs, develop pricing strategies, estimates, and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and field service teams.
• Support growth of Eaton service offerings (power system engineering, digital integration, aftermarket services).
• Drive pricing model standardization and improved proposal quality.
• Lead customer discussions and joint sales calls to identify new opportunities.
• Support project transitions, track metrics, and maintain strong customer focus.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge sharing.
• Travel up to 25% for customer engagements and site visits.
