Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required with experience in electrical construction.
• Experience in managing projects, budgeting and reporting.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to management for furnishing accurate and updated information and for taking appropriate action as required.
• Attend weekly meeting conducted by the Division Manager to review information and discuss workload.
• Monitor and control policies and procedures including Safety and Quality programs.
• Prepare pay requests, monthly pay requests and weekly billings, and manage change orders and revisions.
• Ensure project paperwork, estimates, and logs are entered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate material purchasing and verification of orders for assigned projects.
• Monitor productivity and labor, ensuring efficient and economical execution.
