You will support day-to-day electrical services operations, dispatching service calls and coordinating technician schedules across multiple states, with on-call rotation.

The role emphasizes strong organization, autonomous work, and quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment, with duties spanning warehouse, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, dispatch, project coordination, or electrical industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems preferred.
• Ability to understand electrical terminology, service calls, and job priorities.
• Experience coordinating field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians for emergency and scheduled service calls.
• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and response times.
• Monitor incoming service requests and prioritize urgent work.
• Provide after-hours leadership for the division during 24/7 on-call weeks.
• Serve as the primary on-call contact for technicians and personnel during assigned weeks.
• Maintain communication with customers, technicians, vendors, and management regarding job status.
• Act as Operations Manager in the absence of the manager.
