Job summary

OptimERA in Dutch Harbor, AK seeks an Electrical Services Manager to lead our electrical and power services across remote sites, merging office planning with hands-on field work.

You will manage schedules, budgets, safety programs, and client relations, mentor field crews, ensure NEC/NESC compliance, and coordinate with telecom and logistics teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the electrical trade with at least 3 years in supervision or project management.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, distribution, and control.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Safety-first mindset with familiarity in electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical services team, including scheduling, task assignment, performance oversight, and mentoring.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects — from design and installation to commissioning and closeout, in collaboration with telecom, construction, and logistics.
• Provide hands-on technical support and participate in field work to meet deadlines.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, NESC, Alaska regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including sales, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and inspectors to maintain clear communication and resolve issues.
